19A NCAC 02D .1111      REPLACEMENT OF CERTIFIED FIRMS

If a certified firm, utilized to meet the goal established pursuant to 49 C.F.R. Part 26, is replaced, then the replacement shall comply with 49 CFR. 26.53.
